It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrick Kelley of Hubbard, Oregon, who passed away on February 9, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Patrick Kelley to show support.

He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Kelley (Kobie) of Hubbard, Oregon.; and his brothers, Edward and Joe. He is survived by: his father Edward Kelley; his wife Christine Kelley (Ferland); his daughters, Katherine Kelley and Colleen St. Mary (Stacie Rasmussen); his grandchildren, Patrick and Irene St. Mary; and his brothers-in-law, John Ferland (Sandra), Randy Ferland (Mary), Doug Ferland (Judi) and Ron Ferland (Carla).

We ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Pat to the organizations that he supported, The Oregon. Special Olympics and the Alzheimer's Association."We sail on, guided by the stars you taught us to follow.

“Pat was one of the best people that I have ever had the pleasure to be associated with. His love of Sea Scouting and what it provided to many young people was exceptional! We had the pleasure of bringing many new boats to the Old Portland Sea Scout base, always an adventure. He also loved Trains and did ride on our Montana Rockies Rail Tour train and write an article for the Portland Police Bureau news letter.. Rip Mr. Kelley, you will be fondly remembered for the rest of my life.”
