She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Lee and Eva Welch; her husband Bob; her siblings, Ruth Pirich and Calvin Welch; and her grandson James Thomas Bain.
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Sandi) of Gales Creek, Susan Bain (Walt) of Yuma, Arizona and Tom (Candy) of Forest Grove, Oregon; her granddaughter Angela Jean Evans of Forest Grove; and her stepgrandchildren, Brian, Kori, Justin, Hannah, Whitney, Angela, Tracker, Troy, Monica and Amy. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
The family request donations be made to The Shriners Hospital for Children, 3101 S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road, Portland, Oregon 97239, in lieu of flowers.
