He is survived by: his wife Sara; his stepson Cody; his children, Gabriel and Mia; his parents, John Charles Sr. and Cheryl Kirkpatrick; and his siblings, Greg Kirkpatrick (Stephanie) of Seattle, WA, Kathleen Hainsworth (Kevin) of Salem, Eileen Tepper (James) of Salem and Alyse La Monte (Noah) of West Salem. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
