It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Taylor (Hood River, Oregon), who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar G. Breeding and Lola Belle [Steagall] Breeding; her children, Jeanne M. (Doug), James "Jim" A., John L., Jacquline "Jackie" L. and Jerry N. (Cheryl); her siblings, Freida [Breeding] Dennis, Joan [Breeding] Smith and Paul Breeding; her daughter Jackie L. [Grant] Frazier; her granddaughter Alyssa Grant; and her great grandchild Justin Grant.
She is survived by: her former husbands, Donald "Don" D. Grant and Neil N. Jones; her son-in-law Raymond Frazier; her grandchildren, James, Audrea, Annette, Amber, Raymond II, Travis, Mary, Jesse, Aaron, Jackie I. and Jeri; her great grandchildren, Chelsie, Nathan, Christopher, Kimberly, Jocelynn, Raymond III, Cameron, Victoria "Peggy", Abriana, Devin, Aislynn, Aynslee, Cassandra "Cassie", Owyn, Mattisyn, Ashton, Leia, Ezra and Lennox; her great great grandchildren, Jackson, Charlotte "Charlie" and Murphy; her brother Max Breeding (Betty); her uncle Robert "Bobbie" Steagall; and her aunt Irene [Steagall] Clark.
