He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Crapper and Jim Crapper. He is survived by: his wife DiAnn Crapper of Hood River, Oregon; his brother Guy Crapper; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Cronkrite, Bob Kemper, Kathy McClure of Parkdale, Oregon and Dennis Kemper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hood River Valley Adult-Senior Center in Bob's memory.
