He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Erb" Arthur and Grace Arthur (Burnett); his son Ronald; and his son-in-law Randy Bell. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Heaton; his daughters, Peggy Arthur (Mike May), Susie Bell, Karen Timm (Dwight) and Lori Fortune (Gene); and his grandchildren, Becky, Michele, Megan, Andrew and Kelli. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
