He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Murphy and Ollie Murphy (Cooper); and his wife Fama. He is survived by: his daughters, Cate Schull (Randy), Deborah Swyers (Terry Draper), Michele Beeman (John) and Peggy Joseph (Pat). He is also survived by four grandsons, one granddaughter, and five great grandchildren.
