It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ilda Valle (Hood River, Oregon), who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Villagomez Lopez and María Refugio Gonzales. She is survived by: her significant other Amador Valle; her children, Development Coalition, Joel, Fátima, Ohsana, Daniela and Israel; and her grandchildren, Manu and Itzia. She is also survived by 8 siblings and many dear friends.
