He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ralph Johnston and Lois Maryan Johnston (Hubbard); and his brother Douglas Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Julie L. Johnston; his children, Gregory T. Johnston and Rebecca J. Johnston; his mother-in-law Cheryl L. Meece; his brother Donald K. Johnston; his siblings-in-law, Teri A. Johnston and Dean B. Walters; his uncle John Hubbard; his aunt Jane Wright (Hubbard); and also, Traci Walters, TJ and Allyson Hubbard. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
