It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Phelps (Hood River, Oregon), born in Fort Morgan, Colorado, who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phelps and Dorothy Phelps; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Diane Phelps (Hart); his children, Eric, Shawn, Lee and Victoria; and his siblings, Barbara, Josephine and Bill.
In lieu of flowers, Diane has asked for donations to go to Orphans Lifeline International in tribute to Dave.
