He is survived by: his sisters, Norma Larsen (Norman) and Linda Baily (Norman); his wife Dorothy; his children, Barbara Hollenbeck (Norman) and Roy Norman; and his stepchildren, Lynn Monger, Sherry Nutter and Mark Bowlin.
