He is survived by: his wife Pat Case (Schoenleber); his son Matt; his daughter-in-law Sue Smith; his grandchildren, Colleen and Kayden Smith; and his siblings, Rick of Florida, Mac Smith of Florida, Sharon Greene of Florida and Robin Miller of Florida.
