With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tomi Alys Deveraux Earl (Hillsboro, Oregon), born in Casper, Wyoming, who passed away on February 15, 2020 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Douglas Gary Deveraux and Margaret Alys Hawkins Deveraux; her siblings, Danny (Sally), Gary David, Laurie Bruck (Rick), Kim Gates (Mark) and Ted (Stacy); her aunt Phyllis Friese Meade (Jim); her grandparents, Red, Ruth Deveraux, Ted, Mavis Hawkins and Tom Hawkins; and also, Klaire, Ryden and Leona Ruth Spencer. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews; and her grandchildren.
