Tiffany Yvonne Kozlowski Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tiffany Yvonne Kozlowski of Hillsboro, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Susan Whipple (Craig) and Ron Kozlowski; and also Vince Jackson.
Her service is January 14, 2021 at 1:00 PM however due to covid restrictions it is limited to immediate family only. There will be a celebration of life at a later day when we no longer have to deal with this awful pandemic.
In Lieu of flowers please give to the animals, such as the Humane Society, any organization for them she would greatly appreciate it.
