She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luper and Geraldine Luper (Lindholm); and her brother Terry. She is survived by: her former husband Jack Howarth; her daughter Mandy Buffington of Hillsboro; her siblings, Shirley Bushnell of Salem, Sue Bradshaw of Wood Village, Karen Conner, Kim Luper of Portland and Rich Stiefel of Florida; and her grandchild Harley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
