He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hoffman and Louise Hoffman. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Hoffman (Laiva), Zachary Hoffman and Joel Hoffman (Amy); his grandchildren, Megan, Trevor, Ella, Sullivan and Annaleigh; his sisters, Nancy Brune (John), Elaine Wida (Sam) and Susan Martinez (Tim); and his wife Sandra Hoffman (March).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (18865 SW Johnson St, Aloha, OR 97003).
