He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Meacham and Wilma Meacham; his son Keith Meacham (Shirley Lou Meacham); and his pet Smokey. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Lou Hergert; his grandchildren, Kyle and Haille Meacham; and his daughter Kim Meacham.
