He is survived by: his wife Jaqueline Willson; his sons, David (Patricia Case) and Dan (Veronica Case); his grandchildren, Angelica, Stephanie, Miranda, Shane, Jacob, Savanna and Siera; and also, Mikah, Kyleah, Hudson, Tucker, Henry, Eleanor and Macy.
