It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wolever (Hillsboro, Oregon), born in Sidney, Indiana, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fiant Wolever and Leona Pauline Wolever (Cowgill); and his brother Robert Wolever. He is survived by: his wife Erma Wolever of Hillsboro, Oregon; his son Edward "Ed"; his daughter-in-law Buffy Wolever of Aloha, Oregon; his daughters, Denise (Jeff Grant) and Darcie Wolever-Miller (Jerry Miller); his siblings, Maryln Wolever of Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania and Philip Wolever of Hillsboro, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Myriah, Nick Bailey of Forest Grove, Oregon, Zach Wolever of Aloha, Oregon, Frankie Flatch of Portland, Oregon, Rikki Rawson of Bethany, Oregon, Taylor, Eric Honcoop of McMinnville, Oregon, Randi, Jake Stevenson of Beaverton, Leah and Erik Smith of Beaverton, Oregon; and his great grandchildren, Gunnar, Ranon, Olive and Maddox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
