He was predeceased by: his father Aurelio Cruzaley Diaz. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Mendiola Pineda; his children, Yarely Cruzaley (Jesse Monroy) of Keizer, Claudia Cruzaley of Hillsboro and Rafael Cruzaley (Gladis Diaz) of Hillsboro; and his grandson Alex. He is also survived by nine siblings.
