“My heart aches with the news of Mikey's passing. I just saw him in November for his 40th birthday I am sorry I wasnt at his memorial, because I would have been. If only somebody would have called me. He was one of my very best friends. I am heart broken. I would have been there, no matter what time of day or night. I feel angry and so deeply saddened.
