She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hertel and Agnes Hertel (Vandehey); her husband Myron Heesacker; her sisters, Anna and Grace; and her son-in-law John DiFalco.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Donna Heesacker), Mike (Diane Heesacker), Linda DiFalco (David) of Tigard and Tara Heesacker of Banks; her sisters, Catherine, Barbara (Richard), Dorothy, Joan, Rita (Phil) and Marilyn; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jared, Ben, Leann, Mitchell, Charlotte, Joe, Katie, Tyler and Emma; her great grandchildren, Deacon, Kruze, Landen, Kylee, Luke, Nathan, Haylee, Jasmine, Caleb, Cameron, Sophie and Silas; and her great great grandchildren, Cicily and Colt.
A rosary was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Rosary St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (1660 Elm St, Forest Grove, OR 97116). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (1660 Elm St, Forest Grove, OR 97116). A reception was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Cemetery (39370 NW Mountaindale Rd, Banks, OR 97106).
In her memory, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul, St. Anthony Church, Forest Grove, Oregon.
