He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Walker and Annie Walker. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Leigh Ann and Joe Jr..
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rood Bridge Park River House (4000 SE Rood Bridge Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97123).
