It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josefina Cater Luebke of Hillsboro, Oregon, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Alexander Luebke. She is survived by: her daughters, Maria Cielo, Mercy Joy and Mary Grace; her son-in-law Mike; her grandchildren, Michelle (John) and Marichelle; her great grandchild TJ; and her siblings, Maria and Nestor.
