We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2024, at the age of 59, Jon Christopher Vanderzanden (Hillsboro, Oregon), born in Forest Grove, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Vanderzanden and Evelyn Vanderzanden (Larson); and his brother Doug Vanderzanden. He is survived by: his wife Marizza Vanderzanden (Ramirez) of Forest Grove; his stepdaughters, Karen Ramirez (Marvin) of Beaverton and Erika Miranda of Beaverton; his siblings, Jeff (Susie Vanderzanden), Nancy Vanderzanden, Steve Vanderzanden and Brian Vanderzanden (Brenda May); and his grandchildren, Cristopher, Antonio, Joshua, April, Kaitlyn, Alondra and Sylus.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (39135 NW Harrington Rd, Banks, OR 97106). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Cemetery (39135 NW Harrington Rd, Banks, OR 97106). A reception will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St Francis Grade School (39135 NW Harrington Rd, Banks, OR 97106).
