He was predeceased by: his father Robert J Welter; and his sister Maria Lucina. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Anne Welter (Oenning) of Beaverton; and his siblings, Joseph "Joe" (Junita Welter), Jeffrey "Jeff" Welter of Vancouver, WA, Melissa "Lisa" (Randy Cornwell) and Jerome "Jerry" Welter of Aloha. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Rosary St Cecilia Catholic Church (5105 SW Franklin Ave, Beaverton, OR 97005). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Cecilia Catholic Church (5105 SW Franklin Ave, Beaverton, OR 97005). A reception will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Mountainside Cemetery of Scholls.
