He is survived by: his wife Marion Costello (D'Onofrio); his daughter Lucia Costello; his siblings, Joyce Rodnicki (Nick) and Rocky Costello (Bonnie); his brother-in-law Mike D'Onofrio (Patty); his nephews, Michael, Jamie, John D'Onofrio and Nicholas Rodnicki; and his niece Eliana Costello.
