She is survived by: her parents, Fred Forsythe and Gladys Forsythe; and her siblings, Fred Forsythe, George Robert Forsythe and Sylvia Ann Jordan. She is also survived by her children, Kathleen Street (Mike), Todd Bradley (Susan) and Kim Bradley; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

At the age of 92, Helen Kathleen Bradley died in her sleep at Mirabella, Sept. 13, 2018, from complications of Alzheimer's dementia.
