It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Ilene Moore (Hillsboro, Oregon), who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Clara Claycamp and Helen Seiffert; her children, Donni Moore, Michael Moore and Warren Flink; and her son-in-law Henry "Butch" Braukman.

She is survived by: her children, Sandi Gratteri (Ken), Lanie Braukman, Geri Nelson and Kris Moore (Ryan); her grandchildren, Kurt Jordan, Kendra Gratteri, Jason Kuhn, Brandi Sahlfeld (Wade), Roman Gratteri (Jane), Lindsay Marshall (Dan), Kimber Flink and Lewis Cochran; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Jordan, Kali Kuhn, Brandon Sahlfeld, Sydney Sahlfeld, Sicily Gratteri, Tuscany Gratteri, Dash Gratteri, Brauk Marshall, Chase Flink, Carter Flink and Nicolas Flink.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Old Scotch Church (30685 NW Scotch Church Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Old Scotch Church Cemetery (30685 NW Scotch Church Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124).
