She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William Wilcox and Eileen Frances Wilcox (Crowley); and her brother Arthur Wilcox. She is survived by: her children, Pat (Nancy), Tim (Carmen), Theresa (William), Elaine and Eileen (Harry); and her grandchildren, Dominic, Sean, Aaron, Frances, Andrew, Timothy, Cynthia and Rosa. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Frances asked that donations be made to Providence Oregon Hospice.
