It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Elaine Wichman (Hillsboro, Oregon), who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert King and Dorothy King of Wisconsin. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Stoner of Beaverton and Brenda Wichman of Carlton. She is also survived by one grandson, two granddaughters, and three great granddaughters.
