He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stover and Kay Stover (Lewis); his wife Dawn Marie Steffen; and his siblings, Jon Stover and Patricia Stover.
He is survived by: his children, Jocelyn (Troy Kujala), Robyn (John-David Krizan) and Joshua (Katie Stover); his brothers, David (Kathi Stover) and Steve Stover of Hillsboro; and his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Connor, Braeden, Stella, Lucy, Molly and Joey.
