He is survived by: his mother Shirley VanDyke (Jungwirth) of Hillsboro; and his siblings, Nancy VanDyke of Hillsboro, John (Trina VanDyke), Steven (Diane VanDyke), Andy (Lisa VanDyke) and Bryan (Tera VanDyke). He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
