He is survived by: his wife Judy Kohlmeyer of Gaston, Oregon; his children, Heath Kohlmeyer of Hillsboro, Oregon and Jody; his son-in-law Michiel of Ruijter; his brothers, Edward (Phyllis Kohlmeyer), Stanton Kohlmeyer of Amarillo, Texas, Lance (Sherry Kohlmeyer) and Stuart Kohlmeyer of Forest Grove, Oregon.; and his grandchildren, August, Lily and Abraham Guyette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
