She was predeceased by: her parents, George Duyck and Cecilia Duyck (VanDyke); her former husband Joe; her son Norman; and her grandson Louie.

She is survived by: her children, Carolyn (Clifford VanLoo), Lorilee (Ken Chamberlain), Ronald (Mary Hertel), Thomas (Sherry Hertel), Teresa (Don Ebel), Frederick (Julie Hertel) and James (Linda Hertel); and her daughter-in-law Cathy Hertel of Yamhill. She is also survived by 7 siblings, thirty-three grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

The family suggests donations in Audrey's name to the St Francis Catholic Grade School.
