He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Miller and Alice Miller (Moore); and his brothers, John and Bob Staats. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Miller of Hermiston, OR; his sons, Lonny Miller (Lacey) of Salmon, ID and TJ Miller (Hannah); his stepsons, Tad Herrera (Cindy) of Hermiston, OR and Tracy Herrera of Hermiston, OR; and his sister Erna Staats of Hermiston, OR. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
