He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Meade and Gladys Meade; his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Jim and Dode.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Julie Meade) and Mitchell (Sara Meade); his grandchildren, Ashley (Kyle Snow), Calvin (Alesia Meade) and Cameron (Laura Meade); and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Samuel, Colton, Ada and Clara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Bill hosted and assisted local fundraising efforts for the school district, donated to local events and organizations, children's hospitals, non-profit organizations, among other local charities.
