He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Sr. Hougham and Mildred Hougham; and his wife Ruth Olson. He is survived by: his children, Mike Olson (Garnet) of Pendleton, David C. Olson (Denise) of Stanfield and Shirley Ann Luthe of Hermiston; and his brothers, Rod Olson of Kingman, AZ and Steven Olson. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
