It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willa E Moore of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Belvidere, Tennessee, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Quarles and Viola Quarles; her husband Hal Moore; and her brothers, George, Charles, Paul and Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Dean Moore of Portland, OR, Hal Rae Moore of Portland, OR, Deana Dedera of Hermiston, OR and Tandi Bicknell of Hermiston, OR; and her sisters, Barbara Bowling of Hermiston, OR and Dorothy Loveland of Hermiston, OR. She is also survived by 6 granddaughters; 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
