He was predeceased by: his parents, George Liebe and Ida Liebe (Middlestadt); his wife Margaret Liebe (Thorpe); his children, Shirley Tannahill (Liebe), Daniel Liebe and Stephen Liebe; his stepson Larry Liedtke; and his brother Albert Liebe.
He is survived by: his former spouse Adelle Anson (Fort); his sons, Steve, David Liebe and John Liebe (Martha) of Hermiston; his stepchildren, Patricia Duvall (Gene) of Kingston, WA and Terry Liedtke of Pilot Rock; his stepdaughter-in-law Jill Liedtke of Eugene; and his brother Bill Liebe of Pilot Rock, OR. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
