With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian Michelle Richard of Hermiston, Oregon, who passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Richard; her daughter Lecia Ann Richard; and her nephew Thomas Melbye. She is survived by: her mother Marcella Richard; and her sisters, Charlyne Clark of Ridgefield, WA, Sandra Melbye (Michael) of Moses Lake and Kathy Mokler of Kennewick, WA. She is also survived by 5 nieces/nephews and 12 great-nieces/nephews.
