We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2018, at the age of 90, Virginia Randolph (Hermiston, Oregon), born in Tigard, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Borthwick and Ethel Borthwick (Flood); her husband Bill; her siblings, Neal, Bob, Jim, Richard, Gerald, Irene Ellen and Mary Ellen; and her great grandchild Trevor Page.
She is survived by: her spouse Ralph Hartley; her children, Dennis of Cottonwood, Scott (Donna) of Summerville, Brad of Portland, Marcia Sherris of Kennsington, Janis Williams (Terry) of Lake Tapps and Harold (Pat) of Enterprise; and her sisters, Carol Richmond of Hermiston and Frances Loney of Apache Junction. She is also survived by her six children and spouses, Virginia is survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
