He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cook and Bertha Cook (Pound); and his sister Delores Axtman. He is survived by: his former wives, Bonita Lyon and Debbie Hill; his children, Tia Cook, Andrew Cook, Robert Cook, Tasha Workman (Craig Workman) and Travis Cortez (Eddie Cortez); his grandchildren, Kaiden Workman, Zander Workman, Cyrus Workman, Isabella Cook, Jasper Workman, Isaac Cook and Bexlee Workman; and his siblings, Richard Cook, Darlene Poindexter, Sue Anne Williams, Dwight Cook, Betty Cook, Roger Cook, Karen Pearson, Wade Cook, Calvin Cook, Colleen Imberi and Sharon Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family.
