He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James L. Weimer and Ardis Irene Weimer (Ruark); his wife Leslie Anne Batease; his stepsons, Robert and Michael; his former wife Sally; his grandchildren, Shelby McQuinn (Brian), Jennifer Fisher (Conan), TJ Zander (Erin) of Pendleton, Tonya McFarlane (Nate) of Echo, Jake Batease, Caleb Batease, Rebecca Batease of John Day and Knox Batease of Boise, Idaho.; his sister Sharon Davis (Wayne) of Pomeroy, Washington.; and also, Shelly (Temby Zander) and Sheila (Frank Ashbeck) of Pendleton. He was also cherished by children, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
