He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Hunter. He is survived by: his half-brother Charles; and his stepchildren, Dan Worthington (Amy) of Cedar Hills, UT, Jo Ann Mauch (Vance) of Orem, UT, Rod Worthington (Dawn) of Soda Springs, ID and Scott Worthington of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
