He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Holland; his children, Ronald Gene Atkins, Natalie Trotter and Rhonda Halladay; and his siblings, Tony Atkins, Peggy Noland and Susie Smith. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
