He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Payne and Amalia "Molly" Payne. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Randy, Russell, Megan and Morgan; his children-in-law, Amy, Monica, Kristopher and Mike; his brothers, Scotty and David; his close friend Wayne (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Lilly, Wyatt, Audrey, Harlen, Sara, Ronan, Ryan, Carly, Marly, Mason, Brooklyn, Kylea, Julius and Darius. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
