It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Owens of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Vernon Owens and Irene Elizabeth Owens (Maples); and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his daughters, Mandy of Pendleton, OR and Lacy of Glendale, AZ; his brothers, Rodney of Ontario, OR and Russell of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Austin, Ashley, Megan, Anthony and Tyler; and his great grandchild Sammy.
