We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Richard M Caplinger of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Caplinger and Lowell Caplinger; and his brother William Caplinger. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Derek (Carol) and Shelly; and his granddaughters, Addison and Mallory.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Vange John Memorial Hospice Education Fund, Shriners Hospitals for Children, or the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
