It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Casteel of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Pendleton, Oregon, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Casteel and Evelyn Casteel. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Casteel, Mary Casteel and Ruth Casteel; his daughters, Lorrie Sandoval and Patty Hackler; and his grandchildren, Pete Casteel, Ray Casteel, Robert Casteel, Josh Davis of Brandie Casteel, T. J, Sandoval, Nichole Stratton, Melissa McAllister and Angelica Romero. He is also survived by eleven beautiful great grandchildren.
